We offer a sit-down intake meeting to discuss each client’s specific requirements and needs to assist in finding and securing their dream home. A tailormade purchasing search plan is drawn up and used as a blueprint for your search. We are with you every step of the process from beginning to end! 2. Property Research We search available properties within the housing market most suited to your requirements and present these to you to view. 3. Viewings We will attend the viewings with you and provide on-site advice about the property, area specific information and look out for any potential property defects. 4. Negotiation As your purchasing consultant we will use our extensive experience and knowledge of the market coupled with additional property research to ensure when submitting an offer on your behalf we secure the right property at the best possible price, with the most favourable terms. 5. Valuations and Technical Inspections Through our extensive network we will arrange a valuation and technical inspection so that you know exactly what you are buying. 6. Oversee the legal process From contract review and signing, to setting notary introduction, we will help oversee the entire legal process right up to the final inspection and notary appointment where you get your keys. 7.
