2. Property Research
We search available properties within the housing market most suited to your requirements and present these to you to view.
We will attend the viewings with you and provide on-site advice about the property, area specific information and look out for any potential property defects.
As your purchasing consultant we will use our extensive experience and knowledge of the market coupled with additional property research to ensure when submitting an offer on your behalf we secure the right property at the best possible price, with the most favourable terms.
5. Valuations and Technical Inspections
Through our extensive network we will arrange a valuation and technical inspection so that you know exactly what you are buying.
6. Oversee the legal process
From contract review and signing, to setting notary introduction, we will help oversee the entire legal process right up to the final inspection and notary appointment where you get your keys.

Home Rental Services
We know the Dutch housing market and we can assist you in finding the right rental home that suits your needs. Every client is unique and every client’s needs are specific to them. We know this to be one of the most important factors for a successful rental search.
1. Intake Meeting and Search
We offer a sit-down intake meeting to discuss each client’s specific requirements and needs to assist in finding and securing you the right rental. A tailormade rental search plan is drawn up and used as a blueprint for your search. We search available properties within the housing market most suited to you and find you the most suitable properties to view.
2. Schedule a Viewing
Based on your requirements we will send you properties to view. If you wish to view them, we will then schedule a viewing and our agent will attend the viewing with you.
3. Offer Submission
Once we have found you the right house, we will then submit your offer and negotiate the best deal for you with the landlord or their agent.
4. Rental Contract Review
We will read through the rental agreement and assist you with the signing of all the documentation.
5. Utility Setup
We will help you set up your utilities.
6. Check-In and Photos
On the first day of your rental, we will go with you to the check-in. We will check that everything in the house is in working order and take photos of the entire house. We will help you with a snag list and any other issues that arise from the check-in. Our rental service is offered at 100% of the first month’s full rent including VAT with a minimum of €1500, within the Randstadt area including Rotterdam, Den Haag, Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Hoorn, Utrecht, Leiden, Gooi region and surrounds.
